自家産の仔羊肉はクセがなく、フレッシュでジューシーな味わい。仔羊肉以外の食材にもこだわり、可能な限り自家産の有機野菜やハーブ、新得産の卵やチーズ、ニジマス、しいたけ、そば粉などを使用しています。
Their farm-raised lamb has a mild flavor which is fresh and juicy. They also take great care with other ingredients, using their own organic vegetables and herbs, as well as Shintoku eggs, cheese, rainbow trout, shiitake mushrooms, and buckwheat flour as much as possible.
