十勝・幕別町で有機農業を営む小笠原農園の直営カフェ「灯里」では、農園で採れた新鮮なオーガニック野菜と安心安全な調味料を使ったおばんざいビュッフェが楽しめます。野菜を使ったメニューのほか、蝦夷鹿肉を使った一皿なども提供しています。
Hiyori is a cafe operated directly by Ogasawara Farm, which engages in organic farming in Makubetsu of Tokachi. Here, you can enjoy the Obanzai Buffet featuring fresh organic vegetables harvested from the farm together with safe and reliable seasonings. In addition to vegetable-based dishes, the menu also includes items such as dishes prepared with Ezo sika deer meat.
