「酪農を身近に感じて欲しい」との思いで菊地ファームが牧場内に作ったカフェ。季節によって変わる放牧牛の生乳の味を活かしたソフトクリームやジェラート、搾乳牛の役目を終えたブラウンスイス牛のお肉を使ったボロネーゼなどのお食事メニューも人気です。

m opened this cafe on their ranch with the hope that visitors would feel closer to dairy farming. Popular menu items include soft serve ice cream and gelato made with fresh milk from grazing cattle, varying in flavor with the seasons, as well as meals like Pasta Bolognese featuring meat from retired Brown Swiss dairy cows.
