足寄ひだまりファーム直営の螺湾エリアにあるカフェ。柱に十勝産のカラマツ無垢材、壁紙に地域特産のラワンブキの和紙を使ったこだわりが詰まった空間です。足寄ひだまりファームで収穫した野菜や厳選した素材を使った季節のポタージュやソフトクリームなどを味わえます。
This cafe is located in the Rawan area, directly operated by Ashoro Hidamari Farm. It’s a space filled with careful attention to detail, featuring pillars made from solid Japanese larch wood sourced from Tokachi and walls adorned with washi paper made from locally produced ese butterbur. Here, you can enjoy seasonal potages made with vegetables harvested at Ashoro Hidamari Farm and carefully selected ingredients, as well as soft serve ice cream.
