田園地帯が広がる帯広市豊西町にあるトヨニシファーム。明治44年以来、4代に渡り農業を経営しています。昭和61年に30頭からはじめた肉牛生産も現在は5000頭もの規模に。「十勝で育った美味しいお肉を通し、たくさんの“うれしい”を生み出し、人々の人生を豊かにしたい」という想いのもと、良い土ときれいな水、新鮮な空気が揃うこの地で、快適な環境づくりや独自の配合飼料にこだわりながら健康で肉質の良い牛づくりに力を注いでいます。
A brand beef representative of Tokachi,brimming with the rich inherent umami of beef
Toyonishi Farm is located in Toyonishi of Obihiro, an area blessed with expansive rural landscapes. For four generations since 1911, the family has managed this agricultural enterprise. Starting with just 30 cattle in 1986, the beef cattle operation has now grown to a scale of 5,000. Inspired by the desire to “create abundant joy and enrich people’s lives through delicious meat raised in Tokachi,” they dedicate themselves to raising healthy cattle with excellent meat quality. This is achieved by focusing on creating a comfortable environment and using their own specially formulated feed, all within this region blessed with fertile soil, clean water, and fresh air.
その名を一躍有名にしたのが2013年にブランド化した赤身肉の『豊西牛』。かつては「肉牛には適さない」と言われた乳牛のホルスタインを、赤身と脂身の質にこだわり人気ブランドへ成長させました。セブンイレブンのお弁当やおにぎりでも登場するなど、全国区の人気を誇っています。現在は『豊西牛』をはじめ、芳醇な旨味と程よい霜降りの交雑種『帯広牛 BLENDED BEEF』、美しい霜降りの和牛『雪美和牛』の3つのブランドを手掛けているトヨニシファーム。地元十勝で食べられるお店、買えるお店も多いので、ぜひその美味しさやお肉の違いを確かめてほしい。
They decided to make a name for themselves by launching the lean beef brand “Toyonishi Beef” in 2013. A focus was placed on the quality of the lean meat and fat of Holstein dairy cows, which were once considered unsuitable for beef cattle, developing them into a popular brand. It has become popular nationwide, finding its way into 7-Eleven bento boxes and rice balls. Toyonishi Farm currently handles three brands. In addition to Toyonishi Beef, they offer Obihiro BLENDED BEEF, a crossbreed with rich umami and moderate marbling, and Yukimi Wagyu, a Japanese beef with beautiful marbling. Many restaurants and shops in the local Tokachi region serve and sell these products, so we encourage you to experience their delicious flavors and the distinct characteristics of each beef.

【豊西牛】
トヨニシファームを代表する牛肉本来の旨味に満ちた赤身肉。2013年「豊西牛」ブランド化。脂身が少なくヘルシーで、その分牛肉が本来もっている味わい深い旨味を堪能することができます。
【帯広牛 BLENDED BEEF】
芳醇な旨味と程よい霜降り。オスの黒毛和牛とメスのホルスタインなど違う種を交配し、
双方の血統のよいところを兼ね備えた霜降り肉(交雑種)です。サシがきれいに入った肉の旨味と脂の甘みの両方を味わえます。
【雪美和牛】
2024年にリリースした和牛ブランドで、十勝に舞う雪のような美しい霜降りが特徴。真っ白な脂と、とろける口どけ。豊かな十勝の地で健康な牛を育て、美しい霜降りをつくり出した、心まで満たす和牛です。
【Toyonishi Beef】
Toyonishi Farm’s signature lean beef, bursting with the pure, rich flavor of beef, was branded as “Toyonishi Beef” in 2013. With less fat, it’s healthier, allowing you to fully savor the deep, savory umami that beef naturally possesses.
【Obihiro BLENDED BEEF】
This beef features a rich umami flavor and moderate marbling. This marbled meat (crossbreed) is produced by crossbreeding different breeds, such as male Kuroge Wagyu and female Holstein, combining the best traits of both bloodlines. You can enjoy both the umami flavor of the meat with its beautiful marbling and the sweetness of the fat.
【Yukimi Wagyu】
Released in 2024, this Wagyu brand features beautiful marbling reminiscent of snow dancing over Tokachi. Its pure white fat melts in your mouth. Raised in the fertile Tokachi region, these healthy cattle produce exquisite marbling to create Wagyu that satisfies both your body and soul.
